We are expecting high volumes of traffic again at the HAMBURG OPEN 2025 trade fair. Therefore a carefully coordinated and efficient system is needed to enable the logistics processes before and after the trade fair to go off without a hitch. One key aspect of this system is the use of time slots for certain types of vehicle, heavy goods and exhibits in order to control vehicular access to the site.

Deliveries of exhibits and other materials for exhibition stands can only be made via our official contractor Kühne + Nagel. Direct acceptance or confirmation by Hamburg Messe is not possible. Our official contractor is available for all transports.
